How much time do you need to manufacture the items?

Anzy Home offers exclusive and artificial products. We make each product by hand. Most of our products are made-to-order to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. Manufacturing times vary depending on the type, model, and size of the order. Here’s a general guide:

  • General production timeline: 1 to 21 business days (specific timeframes are listed on each product page).
  • Moses Baskets and Newborn Collection: This line is crafted with urgency in mind, understanding how important these items are for new parents. Average manufacturing time is 1-5 business days. Popular designs and colors are often ready-to-ship, but availability can vary. To ensure your order arrives on time, we strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing your order if you have less than 4 weeks before your due date.

For U.S. customers, we also offer an additional option: our In Stock in the USA collection. These products are stored in our U.S. warehouse and ready to ship within 1-5 days. Availability may vary, so please check the collection for current stock.

If you’re working with a tight timeline or need your order sooner, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order.

How much will shipping cost?

To calculate shipping costs, please add items to your cart and enter your shipping address. Costs are determined by package size, weight, and your location.

We typically offer free standard shipping for most products and regions, but please check the cart for final confirmation.

How long the shipping takes?

1. ANZY HOME™ MANUFACTURING FACILITY – Ukraine

• STANDARD SHIPPING (via international post):

To North America: 14-21 business days
To Europe (EU & non-EU): 14-21 business days
To Other Regions: 2-6 weeks

• EXPEDITED SHIPPING (via DHL Worldwide or other providers):

To North America: 7-9 business days
To Europe (EU & non-EU): 3-7 business days

Note: Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Shipping within the USA: 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Shipments are typically processed via UPS, but may also be shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Shipping to Canada: 3-7 business days. Shipments are typically processed via UPS/Asendia USA/ePAQ Plus

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship to any country of the world with the standard international post.

If on the checkout you enter your country and it is unavailiable — please contact us via online chat or email customer.support@anzyhome.com and we will calculate the shipping price for your order and make it availiable.

I recieved only half of my order — Moses basket or Rocking Stand

Please note that the Moses baskets and stands can be shipped in separate packages, each having own tracking number. You can find both tracking numbers in your order status.

Custom and personalized orders

We are in love with custom orders, please fill in the Custom Order form to enquire about customization of product size, color, decoration, and pattern.
Please, note, that the customized orders will take longer to manufacture, and the price will be calculated separately for each specific custom order.

Sizing

Sizing details are specified in each product description.

Please, note that natural materials, like cotton yarn, which is used for our products, has a varied solidity and elasticity depending on the color and the batch. Therefore the dimensions of a product may differ from the size indicated in its description. This is also caused by the fact that all products are handmade and it is difficult to provide perfect accuracy. The average size deviation is 2 cm upward or downward.

How can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Color difference

Please, note that the color shade may differ from the one you see on your screen.
Also, slight differences in color can appear between the items ordered in different periods of time due to the yarn batch change. If you have already purchased some of our products and would like to order another one after a while, please contact us to clarify whether the yarn batch is the same.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

Contact customer.support@anzyhome.com to request the return, exchange or cancellation.

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders. We are in love with custom orders and do our bests to agree on every detail with you before manufacturing. Placing a custom order you are asked to accept the design according to the digital mock-up we provide at the design stage.
  • Items in not original product packaging.
  • Items with visible signs of wear or use.

How do I request a replacement for a defective product?

If you receive a defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order or discovering any defects. You can email us at support@anzyhome.com, or choose the most convenient option on our Contact Us Page
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue to help us assess the problem quickly.
  3. Resolution Process: Once we review your request, we will confirm whether a replacement is necessary. If approved, we will arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

We aim to resolve all replacement requests promptly and ensure your satisfaction with our products.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We do accept returns and exchanges.

The exclusion is the custom-made design. In this case we will agree with you all the details. For complex carpets we create a design sketch before before manufacturing of the item, to be sure we understand each other correctly. When the item is ready, we will provide you a photo before shipping.
